Information you enter

Our apps may let you record products, photos, events, locations, sales, payment methods, expenses, notes, and preferences. This information is generally stored on your device so you can use the app and access your records.

An app that records a sale does not necessarily process the customer’s payment. For example, recording that a customer paid by card does not give the app access to that customer’s card number.

If an app offers camera, photo, QR scanning, or notification features, it requests the relevant device permission when needed. You can change permissions in your device settings.

Backups and shared files

Some apps let you save, export, or share backups and reports. A complete backup may include your records and photos. When you choose to save a file to a cloud service or share it with someone, that service or recipient may access the file under its own terms.

Unless an app expressly states otherwise, do not assume an exported backup is encrypted by the app. Keep backups in a secure location and share them only with people you trust. Files saved or shared outside an app must be deleted separately from the place where you saved them.

Purchases

Some apps offer purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes your payment; we do not receive your full payment card number. Where an app uses RevenueCat, purchase and technical information is shared with RevenueCat to verify purchases, restore them, and provide purchased features.

Advertising

Some apps offer ads, including optional rewarded ads. These apps may use Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Google AdMob, or Unity Ads.

Depending on the provider, region, and your privacy settings, advertising providers may process your IP address, approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, app usage, and diagnostic information. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain their services. An advertising SDK may start when an ad-supported app opens, even if you choose not to watch an ad.

Business records and photos you enter are not provided to advertising partners for displaying ads.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide the features you request, maintain records on your device, answer support requests, verify purchases, and provide advertising where an app includes it. Information needed for those services may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or advertising providers.

Retention and your choices

Records stored in an app remain on your device until you delete them using the app’s controls, erase the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Backups and reports saved elsewhere may remain after you delete the app. External providers retain information they process under their own policies and legal obligations.

You can manage available records within the app and change permissions and advertising settings on your device. To ask about information we control or request its deletion, email oaxacoder@gmail.com.

Children and changes

These apps are designed for people managing their work or business. We do not knowingly ask children to send us personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.

We may update this policy when our apps, features, or service providers change. The current version and its update date will appear on this page.
