1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using a game provided by Kanine Games, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Features vary between games. References to purchases, virtual currency, advertisements, cloud saves, notifications, or online features apply only to games that offer them.
Applicable app-store terms also apply to downloads and purchases made through that store.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
Transmit any harmful or malicious content.
Interfere with the operation of the game.
Engage in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the game.
3. Intellectual Property
Game content, software, branding, and other intellectual property belong to Kanine Games or the relevant licensors.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the game for its intended purposes.
Except as permitted by us, applicable platform terms, or law, you may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or otherwise exploit the game or its content.
4. In-App Purchases
Some of our games offer paid content, features, or virtual currency. The relevant purchase screen describes the offer and price.
A purchase includes the content described in that offer. It does not imply access to every separate product unless expressly stated.
Payments are processed by the app store used for the purchase. Some of our games use RevenueCat or Unity in-app purchasing services to validate purchases and provide purchased access.
Purchased access may require verification against store records. If a purchase is refunded, revoked, or found invalid, access to the corresponding benefit may change, subject to applicable law.
5. Third-Party Services
